Most made-to-measure blinds are ready for installation within 7–10 working days of confirming your order. Shutters can take a little longer.

You can for a rough estimate, but we always re-measure before manufacturing so the fit is guaranteed. Our guide on measuring windows explains how.

Inside-recess fitting looks neat and shows off the window frame; outside-recess fitting blocks more light and makes small windows look larger. We will advise on site.

Yes. Installation by our own fitters is included in every quote, and we tidy up afterwards.

A typical home with 6–8 windows takes 2–4 hours.

Yes. We use the right fixings for concrete, brick, wood, gypsum and UPVC.

Our standard 5-year warranty covers mechanisms, brackets, motors and workmanship. Fabric fading from direct sunlight and accidental damage are not covered.

Yes, we offer paid servicing and repairs for blinds we have installed, and can often repair other brands too.

Yes. With a compatible hub, our smart motors work with Alexa, Google Home and scheduled scenes.

Not necessarily. Rechargeable battery motors need no wiring and typically last several months per charge. Wired motors are ideal for new builds.

Battery motors keep working. Wired motors pause until power returns; the blind stays in its current position.

Dust weekly with a soft brush or a vacuum brush attachment. Spot-clean marks with mild soap and a damp cloth — never soak the fabric.

Dust with a microfibre cloth. Avoid water, which can warp real wood; use faux-wood or aluminium blinds in humid rooms.
