What is covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in mechanisms, brackets, motors and workmanship.
What is not covered
Damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorised alterations
Normal fading from direct sunlight over time
Damage caused by water or harsh cleaning chemicals
How to make a claim
Call or message us with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a visit to inspect and repair or replace the affected part.
Dust weekly
Use a soft brush or a vacuum with a brush attachment.
Spot-clean gently
Mild soap and a damp cloth; never soak fabrics.
Rotate & raise
Raise blinds occasionally to reduce uneven sun fading.
